Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Inventory Guardian and related services provided by Devonte Anderson.
1. Use of the service
Inventory Guardian is provided for operational business use. Customers may use the service only in accordance with these terms, applicable law, and any platform-specific terms imposed by Atlassian.
2. Customer responsibilities
- maintain accurate user permissions and office-level access settings
- ensure data entered into the app is lawful and appropriate for the organization
- use the service in compliance with applicable law and internal policy
- protect administrator credentials and Atlassian account access
3. Restrictions
Customers may not misuse the service, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app to violate law or third-party rights.
4. Platform dependency
Inventory Guardian depends on Atlassian Cloud and Forge. Availability, performance, and certain behavior may be affected by Atlassian platform limits, outages, or policy changes.
5. Data ownership
Customer-entered business data remains the customer’s data. Devonte Anderson retains ownership of the app, code, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, warranties are disclaimed and liability is limited for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and similar damages.
